    Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble putting music on my Blackberry Bold 9700. After I connect the blackberry to my computer with the USB, my PC downloaded the driver and said that it was ready to be used. When I open "My Computer" though, there's no 'Blackberry' folder for me to put music in. Why is this?

I tried downloading the Blackberry Desktop Manager but I couldn't open the app- it said something about product.dll being missing.

    Please help, thanks in advance!

Options -> Memory -> Mass Storage Mode Support/ON, Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected/Prompt or Yes. if Prompt then click yes on handset once connected to USB, then it will show up as a removable drive on your computer

Thanks for the reply! Do you need a media card in order to put music onto the blackberry?
And I already put in these settings but it doesn't show up as the file 'Blackberry' when i go to my computer. But my computer said it successfully downloaded the drive for it when i plugged it into the computer but nothing happens. And nothing pops up on my blackberry when it's connected to the computer :(
    PLEASE HELP!!
Thank you so much in advance.
