    With a new season of Gossip Girl right around the corner, what better way to drum up some publicity than with some Blake Lively nipple slip pictures. Okay, so Blake probably didn't mean to flash her nipple while walking down the street with her boyfriend/co-star/hipster douchebag, Penn Badgely, but that's what happened anyway.
