BMW M3, 3.2L Inline-6, 6 speed manual, 330 horsepower, and 225 lb-ft of torque...it sounds great on paper, but to actually see the 330 horsepower in action is really amazing. I finally got to see it with my own eyes today when a guy let his M3 rip...against my Honda Prelude. My car isn't slow (195 horsepower VTEC engine, 5 speed manual) so I don't often get owned in a street race, but this guy smoked my ass so bad, I could've been walking for all the difference it would make. All I gotta say is BMW M3, awesome piece of german engineering.
One word is wow M3 power is awesome, your honda is no slow ride either. I need more power in my EK civic now or just save up for a faster ride. Has your honda had a engine transplant I know they did a doch 2.2 vtec engine and yours is 198bhp from a 2.0 engine. Whats the tech spec may i Pls

I have the original H22A4 2.2L DOHC VTEC with 195 horsepower and 156 lb-ft of torque. If u get the newer preludes, they have 200 hp (not that it would've made a difference that night hahaha). kdotc, I didn't race for $$$. I'm not dumb. I'm not gonna race a stock Prelude against an M3 for cash. I wasn't planning to race him at all. But just before the light went from red to green he started revving his engine like mad, and the road was empty so I'm like let's do this. Even though I knew I was gonna get owned, when I actually saw how fast the M3 was pulling away from me, I was like holy shit!! By the time I hit VTEC boost, the guy was already gone...lol
Yeah, but York Region Police is all over the place so you still gotta be careful. Especially since they don't have any real crime to fight.

haha. just following traffic? thats kinda hard to explain when my tires were peeling off. You don't really notice the cops unless ur really looking for them. Cuz normally you focus on the road and traffic in front of you, not the side streets, the plazas, or other places where cops can just sit around and wait. Also watch ur mirrors. Esp at night. It's hard to pick out a Crown Vic from a distance just from the headlights. But they like to follow japanese sport compacts, esp if you got mods.
i know some popo's hide near brdiges...i think on kennedy rd..maybe near 14th avenue...near that plaza...if im up in like 14th 16th area...i always tend to speed cause not many cars
m5/m6 looks ugly... plus the computer is set to default where it doesnt' even use up all the power! m3 gtr =)
