Wednesday September 13, 2006 Korea Young Asian star BoA will come back to Korea as an actress, not a singer. She is now trying to make a final decision regarding the film or drama in which she will appear. Wanting to be prudent and careful in her decision, the young singer has thought about her move to the TV or movie screen for more than a year now, as she has constantly been asked to appear in a drama or film. Her agency said that they will decide on a film or drama in which BoA will make her acting debut by October. But she will continue to hold annual Arena tour concerts in Japan until April next year. BoA is currently in Japan preparing for a six-city tour that is scheduled to start in Nagoya on Sept. 29 and end in Sapporo on Oct. 28. credits: kbs global, asianfanatics.

I think it's the weight! She looks dreadfully skinny in this picture... seems like she has lost a lot of weight since her last debut. Anyway, what is with this trend nowadays towards being a singer and actor/actress! It's pretty rare to find one talented in singing and acting (Andy Lau!) The thing that irks me most is that most of them usually sucks at the other thing they attempt to do (in some cases they suck at both... mostly referring to HK artists here ) I've never seen Boa act though (obviously) so I guess I'll have to wait and see.
People like them because of their looks most of the time (which i do ) Anyway i don't think BoA looks that great, quite alot of ppl keep telling me she's relli fine etc... Anyway i don't even know her acting skills, heard some of her songs, it's just alright not that great.
she prolly needs more sleep. you can she that she looks tired. I hope she does movie instead of tv series
oh my gosh! i know what you mean. its so irritating to see singers try to be act but mess up on it and vice versa. and i swear theres like so many hk artists coming out every month or so, but before you know it, they're gone...i dunno it just seems like that. my friend said that she starred in this small series..or was did a guest appearance, but not sure if shes any good. we'll just have to wait and see...
it's not suprising, that she may act next year. it's normal if you notice all singers at one point in life will act and actors will sing.
haha... who said anything abt talent... it's all abt the $$ -lol but BoA acting sound pretty interesting...
