im still using 0.70 upload more, but below the line capable speed. Enable port forwarding if ur using a router make sure the thing ur downloading actually has enough seeds to give u a decent speed
i think that windows xp with sp2 makes bitcomet very slower than older xps ... and i don't think uploading with more speed will make your download speed better (except in some conditions). u should find out which version is the best for your windows because there are many versions of bitcomet now.
