Putting their life on the line just for some attention and to shoot a gun. Parents will be so pissed about his actions and money wasted on his tuition if he dies *knock on wood*

I would cheer for the guy if he support the cause in the right way etc but his comments i'm not even gonna comment on how ridiculous he looks

Technically, Asians being from the Far East, he should actually feel greater affiliation, or kinship; that is be more at home in the Middle East than in the west. We can laugh, but Hemingway did it in Spain, back in 1937, when he first went to report on, then joined, and later led Spanish rebels against the fascist government of Francisco Franco. This experience ultimately produced Hemingway's greatest novel, "For Whom The Bell Tolls." This kid may be ignorant, but I'd give him credit for having some brass cojones. On the other hand, participation as an American citizen in armed rebellion against another sovereign nation may have a lot of legal ramifications that I don't think he's even yet considered. He could be determined to be an unlawful combatant, a classification termed by the US administration for soldier wannabes that don't belong there. Things are a lot less romantic in 2011 than they were in 1937.
its the korean army right there..this guy got guts to go there and ask the locals to teacch him how to shoot an AK lol
