After splitting up with Myolie Wu (胡杏兒), Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) has been focusing on his career. His schedule has been booked to the max for both TV series and movies. His new movie, Love In Time <等我愛你>, where he is a first-time lead actor, will be released later in November. Having just completed a TV series in mainland China, Bosco is currently filming A Good Heart Goes Haywire <好心作怪> for TVB. Afterward, he will need to tie up some loose ends for Buddy Cops <神獸巴打>, followed by more movies and endorsement events. Still in Touch With Myolie Work may help Bosco distract himself from his recent split with Myolie Wu. Accused of wrecking the relationship due to his flirtatious behavior, Bosco suffered negative publicity since their breakup. Before their breakup, Bosco spoke about his relationship with Myolie without any hesitation. Now, he tries to avoid the taboo subject whenever possible. Bosco refrains from addressing any negative rumors, dismissing them as “simply rumors”. Bosco admits that he still contacts Myolie via text messaging once in a while, and they greet each other when they run into each other. However, getting back together is not something Bosco has in mind. “For now, works come first,” said Bosco. Unhappy Romantic Destiny Perhaps art imitates life, as Bosco’s unhappy ending in real life is reflected in his movie, Love In Time <等我愛你>. In the movie, the ordinary Bosco falls in love with Stephy Tang (鄧麗欣), who plays his cousin from Taiwan. Although he cannot disclose the entire plot, Bosco nevertheless said the film will not have a happily-ever-after ending. “I believe a love story does not necessarily need a happy ending. The viewers will remember an emotional ending more than a happy ending,” explained Bosco. While Love in Time is not an action movie, Bosco said it was physically challenging to film. Some of the scenes took place in the winter time, so Bosco had to wear a jacket on top of a sweater. He discovered his body was covered with itchy rashes. At first he suspected he was allergic to specific foods, but soon realized it was a heat rash. Luckily, most winter scenes were shot near the end of filming, and he was able to complete the shooting without much delay.
