Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie hold hands as they step out for a meal at the Dolce Vita restaurant in Beverly Hills All smiles: The couple appear to be a picture of happiness as they leave the Beverly Hills eaterie together - the meal coincides with the release of a new 'tell-all' book that claims to lift the lid on the ups and downs of their relationship If rumours are to believed, their fairy-tale relationship is on the rocks. But Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie put on a united front as they stepped out for a meal at the Dolce Vita restaurant in Beverly Hills. The night out just so happened to coincide with the release of a new tell-all book on the couple, written by Ian Halperin. Angelina, 34, wearing a mustard yellow silk top and black parachute trousers, was all smiles as the couple made their way into the eaterie. While Brad, 46, sporting a grey jacket, black V-neck T-shirt and jeans kept a firm grip on her hand. Their body language was a far cry from their behaviour just two weeks ago when they attended the Museum of Contemporary Art's new 30th anniversary exhibition in Los Angeles, when they appeared cold and distant from one another. Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is said to lift the lid on the couple's relationship, claiming to reveal the ups and downs of one of Hollywood's most famous couples. Author Ian Halperin alledges that Brad and Angelina's relationship has hit the rocks on many occasions and that their public displays of affection are merely an act. 'They've broken up so many times it would make your head spin,' he said, predicting that they will split up by Christmas 2010. Halperin claims to have gained access to several insiders close to the couple, and it's these sources who have provided the material used to write his book. He said: 'When I was undercover as a paparazzi at the Chateau Miraval in 2006 when she was giving birth to the twins, I was able to befriend several people working for them. 'Everyone was at the hospital at Nice while Angie was in there, but I stayed behind. 'I knew that was my golden opportunity to befriend several people close to them. That's when I made my really key sources.' It has also claimed recently that a key source of tension in the Jolie-Pitt household is politics, primarily U.S. President Barack Obama. 'She hates him,' a source close to Angelina recently told U.S. Weekly. The couple 'get in nasty arguments all the time about it,' the source added. 'She doesn't respect Brad when it comes to politics, but, in the end, this won't tear them apart.’ Sources: SINA.com
