Aite....first that ain't called a brutal breakup..... It sucks because yeah it hurts, and it seems youre more of a sympathetic guy than like "nas". But it just takes time, like this girl just ended a 6 month friendship before we even had the chance to hook up and I feel like shit. I couldn't even bother to get work down or whatnot.....fortunately right at that time a friend was returning from Montr and we've been just spending a lot of time chilling, she and I ain't gonna happen but its helped me get my mind off the other. Everything you do will remind you of her, esp certain things that the two of you have done. Don't avoid it, if you avoid it it just makes things worse cuz youll be thinking about it more and more. It'll soon be over with, it just depends on how long you let it drag you until you let go. Go chill with some friends, GO OUT, socialize....but yeah keep going out.....Your buds will just supply the good times, and have fun....its really nothing to regret over. the past will also be part of your memories, its inevitable. i caught my gf cheating yo.. if i was in your situation i would of been totoally fine but its been 2 weeks and i can hardly sleep or eat so i totally feel you.. if you really love a person it takes time to heal and move on.. i find not bottling and getting support from people helps.

problem #2, stop show the need for her. she'll either realize "zomg this sucks"....or if not that means she really meant the breakup. either way its not good to keep contact every single day. like this girl i was tlaking about we'd talk for like 3-5 hrs every day, make sure we wake up in the morning with words of praise and end the night the same.....i didnt mind, it felt great. But once that was over...idk felt relieved.....felt great....thing is i've always been able to move on pretty easily so idk...
