Anyone has any good authentic recipes for these two? You supposed to put pig blood in the broth to get a stronger flavor but I can't find it here in the US .. so yeah. In fact, I can't even use the blood in the lobster to mix wine like we do in VN .. Anyway, I am trying different recipes from online sources but those recipes failed miserably to the taste I like or any where close to what I have had in VN.
Do you live in a small town or city cause pigs blood isn't that hard to find in Chinese super markets. Since I live in a big city, it's easy for me but I don't know about you. Pigs blood is pretty good if cooked right. Why not just go to a viet restaurant, seem like a lot of work.
Okay .. you caught me .. I don't wanna touch it. But yeah .. I don't shop at the Asian stores .. I usually hit big and CLEAN stores ... sigh .. It's time like this that I wish my wife is Vietnamese and not Korean .. lol
