Guys and gals, I need some help on this, and I am thinking of getting one of these phones for a family member. So, how and where to check the phone to make sure that I am buying a legit phone and not a tempered one? ie (stolen, jailbroken, etc!) I can use the serial number on apple site to check the warranty status, and what about the usefulness of imei number? How and what else to look for when buying a so called "Brand New Sealed iPhone"? Thanks!
