Is the dell 1320 actually an ultraportable? I thought the only ultraport that dell offered was the Adamo.

    Get one of those

no offense but tbh 13.3 inch screen is hardly an ultraportable laptop. it just seems like a normal portable laptop to me.

It's not really an "ultraportable" , but it's defintely a 'portable' laptop

In my opinion, the dell's a better bet, but mainly because I've had problems with HP laptops in the past

netbooks are too slow and keyboard is too small.. and bad battery life, battery is too expensive to upgrade.. -lol
right now i'm looking towards the Dell E4300 refurbish, Dell XPS M1330 refurbish, or HP DV2-1030us (new)

I am having a Lenovo Ideapad S10. Ultra portable. 5 hours battery life (6 cells) with wireless on for internet surfing. Upgraded to 2GB Rams. Even faster than my standard notebook.
