California to Get High Speed Rail?

    I am all for it cus its a great transportation medium will benefit every citizens..hope it will complete in next few years : YAY!

    It's a huge project and it wouldn't be finish till we are all old, but railway transports are great, no traffic and fast from pt A to pt B overall and also safer.

    As a Californian resident, I believe the money spent on this project would have been better spent on more important matters

    Ca resident also, what are some important matters in ur opinion? Like what?
    For me, important matters for all not just in CA but ALL PEOPLE: ease all traffic congestion is one of them , and many others that i cant think of now but later...to be cont.:wavey:

    California back in the days was litterally mapped with rail way cars and trollies. If that system was still in place and not torn out for highways and such it'd rival or even better Bostons railway system.
