Can PHP file be changed?

    Hi all, i hope this is the right place to post my question here.

    I've downloaded a few episode of Emergency unit from filesend which is in php format, is there anyway i can change the format or how to rename it? i've try googled but couldn't find any solution yet.

    You sure you downloaded the rmvb file and not the web page?

    If the downloaded file is around 200mb, you can try changing the extension from .php to .rmvb

    lol yea how big is the file? have you downloaded before?

    yeh i've downloaded the files before, its about 200mb i can with real player, but my brothers computer can't, so thats why i wanted to change it .

    thank you guys i've changed it now. if anyone else like to change it follow the instructions below la

    First of all make sure you *can* modify file extensions :

    - open Windows' Start menu, select Run.... Type in "explorer" (without the quotes)
    - in the 'Tools' menu, select folder options
    - then click on View
    - Deselect the option "hide file extensions for known file types"


    From now on, to rename files, right-click the file to rename, select rename, then give the file a new name and extension, then hit enter.
