Can you make blueberry preserves or jam, the kind you cook, and store them in the fre

    I know there are freezer jams etc... but I like the taste of cooked jams. So can you store the cooked jams in the freezer without the typical canning method? Thanks

    i think u can...
    after making the jam...allow it to cool down first then stick it in the freezer..and when u wana use it...just leave it out to defrost then heat it up again and allow it to cool again...
    thats what i think..

    i dont think i would taste good if you freeze it, but im not really sure.. never tried it that way

    it mite taste abit watery...or 'ta-am'

    cos the frozen jam may produce water on top of the jam when it defrosts..
