    Your question is too general.
What is your location? What type of car are you referring to?

lmfao 'what is the cheapest car'. If your buying used you could probably find an old volkswagon or something for 500 dollars, or some broken down domestic beater for like 200-300 dollars, but if thats all you spend you probably wouldnt want to be seen in your purchase. come to think of it, i usually wear more than 200 dollars of clothing every day.

If your question was actually supposed to be like "What is the best bang for my buck" id say a civic hands down. honda ftw.

  7. to answer your question, go to your nearest junk yard. theres a lot of running cars that you just have to fix a thing or two. very cheap.

those living in the states, what is the starting cost of the latest mitsu lancer evo?

^ Lancer is about $30,000 I think.... but yeah, the cheapest car is no car or lease a car. That way, you don't have to think about what to do 5 years later when it's broken down.
