A Yugo for sure... If there was really such a thing as an affordable best car, you'd only see 1 car on the road. In choosing a car, think of what you need from the car and how much you can afford. How practical do you need it to be? how performance oriented? How important are aesthetic? What kind of gas milage do you desire? How about the driving experience? comfort? included features, etc. List goes on and on. Maybe that civic is for you, but I own a volkswagen gti and a toyota fx16 gts with no regrets because they are what I wanted, not what others told me to get.
Depends what you mean by expensive or cheap. For some people cheap is 30,000 and for others expensive is 5,000
a budget really helps with others giving u suggestions theres so much (well so little) to choose from depending on budget and brands
