So it's been a looooong time I posted on PA Apparently I saw a posting on craig's list that TMNT is hiring extras to film the new TMNT feature film this month. After a few days of thinking whether it's a scam or not, I called in today and I've scheduled a pre-screening for tomorrow. The problem is, I am STILL afraid it would be a scam, especially I looked at another site where the extras casting office is different than the lady gave me on the phone. I am doing it out of curiosity. Of course I hope I don't get raped -lol what do you think?
Most studio movies won't use craigslist for finding extras. I've seen newspapers and minor agencies but craigslist? Nope. New movie is going to be an animation so as far as voice acting extras go I don't know. Also, American standards are quite different than Canada. In my experience so far, they don't usually hire too many for extras in animated projects as they can just get their main cast to do extra voices. In the case that they need specific types of voices they might reach out for a few extra voices. Can you link the craigslist ad?
