    kinda reminds me of hobbits or whutever theyre called...

    i dunno if it was renovated and stuff i reckon id live there....but them piccies dun look too appealing -__-"

    According to the link, he bought the cave and paid all these crazy land taxes and stuff, then he started building the house for himself and the family..........Then the economy went under and he has no money now. It's stilling being fixed up, but it looks like it's still livable, just some work still needs to be done.

    it's certainly unique and nice but it's all about location and I sure don't want to live some where out there.

    I saw this on the news a few weeks ago. I saw the inside and it looks great .. you can't tell from the photographs but everything is made of the premium quality from the hardwood floor to the ceiling. I might bid for it if it was on the US coastal states cuz it's so unique; however, I won't pay that much for it though. I can get a 4 bedrooms house built in 1998 with 1700 living square feet in California for $120K nowadays. Real estates investment is all about location, location, and location.
