Tuesday April 10, 2007 Hong Kong Recently Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi underwent emotional and physical changes due to her 5 month pregnancy. The most obvious change was her bust size increasing from 36C to 36F. Although Cecilia was heavily pregnant, she could not resist her love for children and played with them during a dim sum outing earlier with mother-in-law, Dik Bo Lai. It appears that Cecilia could not wait to be a mother! Cecilia was spotting drinking tea with Dik Bo Lai and several friends in Central district yesterday. Donning a pair of sunglasses, Cecilia noticeably gained weight, making it difficult for reporters to recognize her. After dim sum, Cecilia and Dik Bo Lai hurried away. Reporters asked Dik Bo Lai whether she preferred a grandson or granddaughter? "For the first child, if it were a girl, then you would want a boy. If it were a boy, then you wish for a girl. Of course pregnant women breast increase during pregnancy. How else are they going to feed the little one XD
