Cha Tae-hyun's (My Sassy Girl) new movie called Speed Scandal topped the box office this weekend. The movie opened on the 4th December and has been selling out via online movie ticketing sites. The flick, described as a comedy with warm family values sees Cha playing a young grandfather and Park Bo-young his daughter.
