Sunday November 18, 2007 Hong Kong Twins, Charlene Choi (蔡卓妍) and Gillian Chung (鍾欣桐), were guests for the start of the McDonald's Charity Kids Marathon today, where over 1800 children and their families took part in the fundraising race in Happy Valley. As space was tight, many children were knocked over, but fortunately there were no injuries. The singing duo joined Ronald McDonald on the stage to kick off the warm up exercises and many of the reporters kept calling out "Ronald" to try and make Charlene laugh. [Charlene is rumoured to be dating Ronald Cheng (鄭中基).] However, when she heard this, she just smiled and did not respond. The ladies also shared stories about their sporting achievements and Gillian said that when she was at school, she won awards for hurdling and 100m relay. Charlene said that she took part in long jump and high jump and her most memorable incident was taking part in a community event with her parents. As a result, she said that when she has children in the future, she will definitely take them to and from school and join them in family events. Charlene will be celebrating her birthday on 22 November, but since the beginning of the month, she has been receiving gifts and cakes from her fans. She revealed that she has already received ten birthday cakes this year, but has not yet had anything from Ronald. credits: batgwa.
