Ever since Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) and Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) allegedly broke up 3 years ago, Charmaine’s love life has been the subject of speculation. Even though Charmaine now spends most of her time focusing on her acting career in mainland China, her every move is under close scrutiny by fans and the media alike. She was recently spotted in the Tai Hang district of Hong Kong sharing an ice cream with Bryant Mak (麥子樂), the actor who starred as Kate Tsui’s (徐子珊) mentally challenged younger brother in Highs and Lows <雷霆掃毒>and is 4 years younger than Charmaine. When reporters saw that Charmaine and Bryant were extremely close, sharing the same cup of ice cream, rumors quickly swirled that she is in a new relationship. According to insiders, Charmaine and Bryant have been quietly seeing each other for about half a year and constantly spend time at a private bar in Wan Chai, many a times leaving the bar completely drunk. The insider said, “Their families are really close and have known each other for years! She met him when she was only 10 years old because they have the same godmother. They reconnected after Charmaine and Bryant both joined TVB and Charmaine really takes care of this ‘little brother’”. Although Bryant played a minor role in Highs and Lows, he actually comes from an extremely wealthy background. His family is in the boat manufacturing business. The 33-year-old Bryant has a fit body and carries the nickname of “young Raymond Lam (林峯)”. Following his stint in Highs and Lows, Bryant signed a contract with CTI and will work with Felix Wong (黃日華) on his next series with a bigger role. When reporters contacted Bryant about Charmaine, he explained, “Yes we have a very close relationship – like elder sister and younger brother. If we are really dating, I will let you guys know!” Creds: Sudden Weekly
