Chi-NAH ver Chi-NER?

    I don't know about anyone else, but I really find it annoying when people, especially news reporters, mispronounce Chi-NAH as Chi-NER. Maybe Chinese reporters in the US and UK should start referring to their assignment locations as Ameri-KER or United King-DUMB. If news reporters, who we should expect to be better able to enunciate and pronounce words properly, but don't; what kind of example does that set for viewers?

    Chi-nah for me.

    Chi-ner... where the hell do you find an 'R' sound from CHINA.
