Popular Hong Kong Director Patrick Kong’s (葉念琛) new romantic comedy, Natural Born Lovers <天生愛情狂> was in the midst of filming. The movie featured Chilam Cheung (張智霖), Annie Liu (劉心悠), Anna Kay (葉熙祺) Mandy Wong (黃智雯), Oscar Leung (梁烈唯), and Mandy Lieu. Known for his refreshing take on modern love, Patrick Kong will explore the obsessive and crazy side of love in his new film. Portraying a rich and handsome heir in Natural Born Lovers, Chilam Cheung was madly pursued by both Annie Liu and Anna Kay. Annie fell in love with Chilam upon first sight. Chilam aroused the most illogical, crazy, and compulsive feelings in Annie, who vowed to win his heart under all means! Annie will portray a sexually open nurse in the film, which pushed her own personal boundaries. While Natural Born Lovers will contain Patrick Kong’s trademark observational humor regarding modern love relationships, the director hoped to bring a positive message to the audience. Earlier, Chilam indicated that he will share kissing and intimate scenes with Annie Liu in the film, fortunately with his wife, Anita Yuen’s ( 袁詠儀) understanding. Although starting his acting career in films, Oscar experienced various setbacks in his career before finding recent success in TVB. Natural Born Lovers will mark his return to the big screen, in which Oscar will portray a triad member who was afraid of his wife, Mandy Wong, whose spitfire character was reminiscent of her role in L’Escargot. Mandy Lieu will have a cameo role as Chilam’s younger sister. Chilam has known Oscar for over a decade; the pair was very good friends due to their interest in sports. When Oscar indicated that he lacked the money to get married earlier, Chilam was one amongst many of Oscar friends to offer to pay for the wedding banquet. However, Oscar refused on the grounds that he wished to earn his own money. At the shooting for Natural Born Lovers yesterday, Oscar wore a black jacket without a shirt inside.
