Christine Kuo (苟芸慧) does not enjoy late-night parties, but the goddess happily expressed that she is a good drinker nonetheless, and revealed that her high alcohol tolerance was taught by her father. Christine Kuo, Raymond Wong (黃浩然), Icy Wong (黃婉曼), Eunis Chan (陳嘉容), and others attended a promotional event for the Hong Kong Magnum nightclub in Central several nights ago. During a brief interview with the press, Christine professed that she does not enjoy late-night clubbing – she recalled that her last clubbing experience was back when she was still attending college in Canada. Ironically, the 30-year-old is well known among her colleagues for her high alcohol tolerance level. She expressed that her father had trained her to drink well since she was young. “My parents taught me that girls who are good drinkers can protect themselves better. My father has been teaching me and my younger brother on how to drink since we were really young. First it was beer, then white wine, red wine, and finally to other stronger drinks.” Despite this, Christine is not a heavy drinker. She will only drink when she is with close friends, and believes that only then will she be able to truly enjoy and relax. Creds: Oriental Daily
