Christine Ng in the current broadcasting series "The Stew of Life" plays a typical "HK girl", but in reality Christine and her husband relationship has lasted for 10 years already. She has a deep experience that HK men and women often dislike each other and that is because they don't respect one another enough.

In the series, Christine plays a 45 year old divorced woman who thinks that she has natural beauty and still believes that she's so great. She smiled and said that when she first started filming, she struggled a bit: "I am only 40 years old, but I had to play a 45 year old. It's different from being 20 and pretending to be 25, 30 pretending to be 35. There are many people who can't turn back already, but it was a fun role to play with. (Challenges?) The hardest thing was to hold in my laughter because my co-stars were either bald or have a big tummy."

This year is her 10th wedding anniversary with her husband, Kasey Lin . Christine often "recognizes" her two marriages, she smiled and said that there are many people around her who are like the character she plays the typical "HK girl", she said: "It's clear that their appearance is only average, not pretty, but won't admit it, we're still good friends, so I will not point fingers, but have a little discretion is good. Actually I want to tell my girl friends that we should all really update our concept of marriage, marriage is finding your other half, we need to forget about the results, instead try harder on pursuing the process/experience."

Christine felt that the generation of girls today are very sensitive and are too hard-hearted towards love, she cannot accept this: "Nowadays the guy and girls do not have enough tolerance, always despise each other. It's not just a pair of lovers, but also friends or family, most important is to have some respect for each other. When my brother or husband does something for me, I still thank them, showing my appreciation. Respect should not be separated based on same sex or opposite sex.

I think Christine is okay but she always pick up EASY and similar roles. I hope to see more DIFFERENT roles for her .. perhaps ones that will give us audience a new side of her.

I have also found her to be average to,she just acts the same no matter what the role, no chemistry and yes also to much make up, she does look decent for her age though.

She was different in her earlier acting roles, but after awhile she's been playing these rich annoying looking, wannabe young snobby roles.
