Kelly had a change from her past look of sweet and innocent princess to a sexy, cold and classy image, showing her 42 inched slender legs. The main attraction of the ad is a set of jewelry made up of 100 carat diamonds costing close to $10 million. The design is based on a rose in full bloom and it symbolises .
