looking 4 advice, i seldom talks to anyone which i just get to know no matter a its a guy or girl. So i its a barrier 4 me to socialising with new friends especially girls. If with a group of friend, in most of the time i prefer to be silence cos afraid to voice my opinion wil hurt someone or my upcoming topic is boring. Am i lack of socialising skill, self confidence or etc

^id say you lack self confidence

dont ever be afraid to speak up or join into a conversation, friends honestly dont care too much, as long as you participate with them. If you offend someone, then hey thats more to talk about, and if you think what your talking about is boring let someone else lead a convo but join in

This also applies to making new friends, never be quiet or youll never make any. Just speak up, if they dont get you, then maybe they aint suited to you as friends. But you can keep trying, its always worth the risk

Sounds a little like autism. Don't be afraid to voice your opinions. They're as worth hearing as anyone else's. I'm sure your friends are interested for you to share your opinion with them. Give yourself more credit and confidence. Everything will be ok, one way or another.
