Composer Eddie Ng makes a return to the HK music industry Yesterday, composer Eddie Ng was interviewed by Seung Toi (881, 903) and revealed that he has signed to Nat Chan Bak Cheung's company 潮音樂, so at the moment he can only write songs for artists in his company. If other artists want Eddie to write songs for them, it'll be based on friendship. When talking about friends wanting songs, Eddie awkwardly says, "William So is releasing an album soon so I have to write songs for him, Eason Chan has been chasing me for songs, even Sammi Cheng has been chasing me for songs, and then there's Andy Hui." He was asked whether it would be better, he would be more free, if he didn't sign to a company. He responds, "No, there's always a need to call some place 'home'." When asked whether he will release an album soon, he says Nat wants him to help the young singers first and release an album in 2007 in a duet format.
