no. all dvi, vga, and hdmi plugs in your laptop are OUTPUTS ONLY. THERE IS NO WAY TO USE YOUR LAPTOP MONITOR FOR EXTERNAL SOURCE, so don't try. Only way is to get a tv tuner, and use a software on your laptop to display the video source from your tv tuner. ps2 -> tv tuner -> laptop usb -> display software -> monitor. just buy a tv. you're better off.
