Exactly the problem with the nuevo rich mentality in China nowadays; that "So what? I can afford it, so fuck you!" attitude. I'm sure that the owner of this car probably has plenty more of them. He can likely smash a hundred more of these things and not blink an eye. Meanwhile, there were likely starving homeless beggars standing on the next corner. Imagine had he simply sold the car and fed the homeless instead? Nah... Welcome to the modern communist dynasty, more advanced to be sure, but no better than the many that failed before it.
