It doesn't have to be realistic. After all...it is a DREAM house . I want my house to be near the ocean! Preferably 2-3 stories with 5-6 rooms. 2 large rooms, 1 play room, 1 guest room, and 1 computer room. I'd also like 3 restrooms all with hot tubs and a big roomy kitchen! -clapclap
my dream house is one with garages on both sides of the driveway in the suburbs where its not so loud but close to everything somewhat insland but not close to the sea, and then i want two stairs that go up forming a half circle, 6 bedrooms an open den upstairs that overlooks a roomy kitchen, designed with granite and stainless fridge and stuff, a work/study room, 4 full bathrooms, and to top it off the first floor has a set of double doors that lead to the pool in the backyard, but the pool is blocked off with a set of walls so its half indoor/half outdoor pool, and the indoor portion doubles as jacuzzi. I want the interior decked out with wireless remote control lighting and such as well, designed in a very modern, clean, style.
My dream house will have the following: 2 big fireplaces (1 in living room, 1 in master bedroom) a hot tub a sauna 4-5 bedrooms (master bedroom with bathroom, 1 of the bedrooms will be a game room) 3 walk-in closets a wine cellar 2 swimming pools (indoor & outdoor, even though im allergic to chlorine) a living room with nice furniture (kind of like mariah carey's couch!) a big kitchen with a big refrigerator & granite counter tops a screening room (where movies can be played) Oh, and a helipad, so I can land my helicopter.
All I have to say is : LOFT! I want a trendy, urban, ware-house type loft, with high ceilings, no walls, except for the bathroom of course. I also want to fit it with expensive european furniture. I live in a suburban type home right now, and honestly, homes don't appeal to me anymore. If I were to choose between a 5000 sq. ft mansion, fully furnished in the suburbs vs. a 800sq. ft. loft in the urban downtown core, I'd definitely choose loft.

heheh i like this so ill steal your dream house then steal ang's 50 car garage and tennis court... add badminton court as well... move it on a cliff next to the sea... add an elevator in the cliff... a dock at the bottom of the cliff for a yacht... an observatory at the back of the house... move disney world so its only 15 min drive from my house... hmmm what the heck! lets put the batcave underneath my house -lol
haahah my house will probably cost no more than a few million. its a matter of placement of items tahts all. It might even be cheaper because i'll stick the pool half under my house! less land required!

i like houses that are small and luxury with a nice view when you look out the window. the walls will be painted with black, grey and white and everything inside will be with those colours. niCCCe.
