hey guys...i am very computer dumb -down can u tell me where i can d/l those really cute stuff for my desktop? like icons and cursors...folders and stuff..... the girlie girle ones.....like sanrio ....tare panda...etc...thanx -rotfl
well this can start you off... http://www.wincustomize.com/ but lemme warn ya that theres probably gonna be a crap load of stuff to installed plus it's gonna take up your ram and space.... I used to have all that crazy stuff for the comp. but now i just keep it simple to avoid any extra software cluttering the comp.
you dont need extra software. I have this thing, all you do is replace a Uxtheme.DLL file with the cracked one, and it lets you used visual styles by going to properties. Althought applying that eye candy stuff does slow down my computer, so i took it off.
I only customize my windows theme, not my icons, using WindowBlinds. Download skins at www.wincustomize.com
I cracked it, it has a big crack through the middle of the program. But I'm not complaining, it works fine now.
thanx guyz for all the suggestions the software i d/l are all trial versions...does that mean that when trial is over, i won't be able to see my customized desktop?
