JYP is often praised for his musical prowess, and naturally, he’s been experiencing hoards of success lately with his idol groups 2pm and the Wondergirls.

Even though 2pm’s debut single “10 Out of 10″ and the Wondergirls comeback single “Nobody” both have been receiving showers of adoration, the inconvenient truth of the matter is, they both resemble former pop hits.

The chorus of “10 Out of 10″ is ripped straight from TLC’s classic song “Ain’t Too Proud to Beg”. The lyrics are different but the background beat is exactly the same.

As for “Nobody”, aside from the blatant Dreamgirls influence, the song is very similar to oldies hit “Baby It’s You” by 1960s quartet The Shirelles. The resemblance is hardly noticeable at first, but if you listen carefully, you will realize that the “Baby It’s You” tune is the same as the “Nobody” tune. All JYP did was speed it up and change the words.
