depends on your body weight and your calories.. its a long process.. there are receipes out there but you just cant follow it for a month you have to do it all the time... if you follow for a month you will crash and burn and the weight will double it size and its a bad thing..
replacing your breakfast with an apple for everyday, because its high in fibre, and sugar, so will give you energy but also, get rid of ur other food lol but u need to cut out snacks and do exercise to make it efficient!
Like Midnight Blues was saying...you need to be persistant. One month will not do. Try to eat lean meats, fruits & lots of green vegatable. Less sweet or carb. Cut your junk food and do not eat 2 hrs before bed. Drinks lots of water. Most importantly, eat moderately eventhough you're just eating fruits and salad. There are a lot of recipes out there but may not fit everyone. I think it is best that you talk to your doctor about your diet plan and see what he would recommends.
I think that exercise will be better. My friend tried the soup diet in which she only have veg & chicken soup for 3 months and she loss a lot of weight but her skin complexion got worse and she now have breakout on her whole face.
if you want to diet then don't eat anything after 5 p.m. just drink water, cuz you don't move alot a night time compare in the morning so less calories burned so less food = better at night time, hope it helps!
its a long process, i was 13.5 stones this time last year and dropped to 10 stones a few months ago and kept it at 10 stones. no snacks, no fizzy drink, no junk food. 2/3 meals a day and exercise like 5 times a day at home for 20 minutes and thats it really. drink water or tea usually. theres no fast way of doing it I feel
eat 6 small meals a deal and drink plety of water. to be precise, split your meals in to 6 small meals. you will notice the difference within a month or two. how do i know? common sense + friend girls have told me this.. which i think is i don;'t need it lol, well it at least now it is useful. thank me if it is useful.
