Differences of savings acc, cash management acc and term deposits

    i have problem understanding bank accounts:
    what's the difference between savings accounts and cash management accounts? and what's the difference between savings accounts and term deposits?
    is everyday banking a type of savings accounts?

    cash management account combines the ability to trade securities while earning money market interest with the ability to write checks and make deposits.
    savings account only earns interest and write checks on your deposits; savings account interest is usually lower than money market interest.

    i have no book to read from! and most websites i check i dont get it. So is cash management same as a savings account but you can earn more interest coz it's from a share investment? is it the same as cash management flow?
