Okay got this dilemma like 1million other peoples do. I dont know which phone i should buy but I got 4 alternatives

    1.Iphone 4s
    2. Samsung Galaxy s2

What phone im looking for? I just want to listen to music,be able to play MANY funny/cool games/apps and go on the internet alot. I DONT WANT A SLOW mobile phone.

Iphone 4s expensive but THE ABSOLUTE BEST phone in the market (worldwide) only problem is the price. Is it worth it? Apple just trying to make money .. the 5 is coming out next year ( wont have enough money to buy one or maybe i will?) Does the SIRI work in other countries too? Otherwise its a big minus cuz i dont live in the US

the s2 got so much hype but I dont know if its overrated or something but the screen is definitely DOPE. Heard that the battery time isnt that good so its a big minus.

So which phone do you recommend?

    THANKS

strange, iphone 4 or 4s? why choose old one with a4 soc and not the duocore a5?
never heard of xperia being good
just samsung and htc or apple.
    just go for apple 4s
    ios is fast

  3. Because of the d-pad. Nothing else otherwise.

Cool, yes. Best, far from it. What made you think it's the best one in the market? Words from friends who don't know anything about technology?

Expensive, yes. Absolute best, hell no. It's a piece of garbage that's trying to catch up to the REAL absolute best, which I'm sorry to say, is currently the Galaxy S2.

Again, where are you getting the idea that it's the absolute best? TV? Apple's marketing?

    The Galaxy S2.

I'm sorry, but it's too bad for you, because the Galaxy S2 trumps over the iphone 4s in every, single, category.

It sounds harsh, but Apple fans need to realize that they are being conned into believing false facts. No, iphone is not the best phone, no it's not the most innovative, and YES, it is trying to copy Android, currently.

Read the following. Samsung just dethroned Apple.

I've tried iphone 4 its almost perfect now 4s is even better cant imagine a better phone havent tried a samsung S2 yet. Why I would choose iphone 4? because 4s is WAY more expensive. So XPERIA Play is a nono? its pretty worth its price I can get one for 300 bucks

Xperia is pretty fun, played some games on my friend's one.

iPhone 4/4s are okay, popular yes, but wouldnt say best

HTC sensation/incredible s/evo 3d all look pretty good, heard some good feeback from it

Galaxy S2 is pretty popular and a very good phone, really light too!

  6. Lol, as a friend once told me:

"iOS is a platform for apps. Android is a platform for platform."

Not that it means anything to non-developers... It means Android is much more powerful than iOS

Might get one because I can get one for 299 dollar big difference from iphone 4s and the other phones. Might get a xperia play and wait til the next BIG THING comes out :D

The reason I dont want to get samsung galaxy S2 is because too many people around me got it -.- its annoying to have the same phone as everyone and they gonna think that I ''copied'' them cuz they had it first lol.

Is HTC sensation/ htc 3d or samsung 3 d mobile phone something?

    what he said lol.

I think it's properly because iPhones are 'luxury' phones so it's okay to possess them regardless of how many people own them.

When you're going to spend hundreds of dollars on a piece of tech I don't think you should be worried about what other people have. Phones =/= clothes. That being said, the Galaxy S2 is indeed the most powerful phone on the market right now and I'd recommend it over the iphone anyday. I'd recommend waiting for the Galaxy Nexus to release instead though, because it'll have full software support from Google. Meaning it will get the latest updates for android and that android is specifically designed to work on Nexus phones. It's a little less powerful than the SII, but it has a better screen and full software support.

But from the phones you've listed, I might go with the iPhone 4s.

  13. Truly frightening.. the power of marketing.. Can turn ignorant people into blinded loyal followers...

Bu... but the iphone 4s has dual core, That means its twice as fast!

Most of us agree on the Galaxy S2 over the iPhone if you read through the thread.

Okey 1 more question does siri work outside US?

  18. No, but Android's Iris does, and Iris now supports location awareness, which Siri doesn't support.

Actually Siri doesn't even work at all lolol
