Disney Music Label Offers New CD Format

I thought that the CD medium is dead or dying, but not according to Disney Music!!!
They introduce CDVU+.
IMAO, this is yet again lot of good money down the drain. They are just too late with this format.

 

The CEO must be old school, cant get with the program of the 21st century . -rolleyes

 

Yep, everybody talks about Blu-Ray, SSD, etc. and he bets his future on CDs <_<

 

but what kinda DRM crap will they be putting into that cd?

 

I don't think they are that stupid, since a regular CD player will not support this.
Unless they wanna launch a new device on old medium.
