Does this logo look phallic? (Picture: Dirty Bird) A fried chicken joint has left customers spitting feathers – because of its phallic-looking logo. The Dirty Bird fast food van, in Cardiff, insists the sign resembles a rooster, yet customers say it is clearly something much ruder. Customer Abigail Griffiths, 29, said: ‘I was queueing up with my two young sons when I looked at the logo and realised what it represents. ‘It is not the sort of thing that should be on display around children.’ Another customer Denise Leyshon, 43, said: ‘The food was finger-licking good but when I saw the logo I was a bit shocked. ‘It’s not really what you want to think about when you’re tucking into your meal. ‘I was a little shocked but I would still come back for seconds.’ The Dirty Bird company, based in Cardiff, has been selling fried chicken out of their catering van at food festivals and events for the past few months. The food company also has giant posters telling customers to ‘Touch My Thigh’ and ‘Touch My Breast’. We suspect they know exactly what they’re insinuating… Dirty Bird told Metro.co.uk: ‘The identity is based on the lowercase initials ‘d’ and ‘b’ of Dirty Bird. The loops forming the wings, then linked together at the top to form the shape of a rooster.
