Action star, Donnie Yen (甄子丹), received the Best Actor Award at Great Britain’s 2011 International Filmmaker Festival for his performance in The Lost Bladesman <關雲長>. The award-winning actor has been in great demand and will be partaking in four films next year. Among his film projects, Donnie Yen will be costarring with Jackie Chan (成龍)in the highly anticipated, Ultimate Codebreak <終極解碼>! The Lost Bladesman was nominated in eight awards categories at the 2011 International Filmmaker Festival, with Donnie winning the award for Best Actor in a Leading Role. While gaining greater attention for Chinese action films, Donnie’s films also became internationally recognized. Donnie’s work schedule was already tightly booked through the end of next year. His next project will be co-producing with Jackie Chan in Ultimate Codebreak, which will be released in 2012. Donnie will star in the film and also serve as the action choreographer, while Jackie will have a cameo role in the film.
