for those that dont have genuine windows. follow these steps..confirmed working as i have tried myself and doesnt ask u for any WGA check

-Extract installer "mpsetup.exe" using winrar
-run 'wmp11.exe" in folder (not setup_wm.exe)
-restart your pc,
-run the three other exe's in extracted folder umdf.exe, wmdbexport.exe, wmfdist.exe... MAKE SURE U DONT RUN SETUP_WM.EXE

if it dont work and gives u and error msg of "wmplayer.exe has a version number off 11.0.5358.4826 where 10.0.0.3646 was expected"

then its cos u havent installed the other 3 exe files....

Thanks, using it now, looks very slick but getting use to some of the new layouts and features

 

Thanks for the info. Anyone know what new features there are? I'm using WMP 10 but all I use it for is to watch videos. I don't really use any of the other features.
