Donnie Yen has said a sequel to Dragon Tiger Gate would be available by the summer of 2007. Key figures, Donnie Yen, Nicholas Tse, Shawn Yue and director Wilson Yip are expected work on the sequel. Yen said the main villain in Dragon Tiger Gate was defeated but not dead, and he would show up in the sequel. Li Xiaoran, who played the lover of Donnie Yen's character will return as her sister. Dragon Tiger Gate has been released in Hong Kong, the mainland China and Singapore last Friday. -MonkeyPeaches '07 is going to be one helluva year for movies!! I agree Donnie is getting better making action movie, I think he is better than Jacky Chan he is getting old not much action in his movie.
eh..never watched dtg..yet..but im sure second one will be good. donnie makes really good action movies
yea... i saw a bit of a glimpse the first one... I mean if the 2nd one comes out with more action... the movies gonna be crazy...
the only good thing about the 1st movie is the action hope this will be better and we know most movies that are sequels sucks
movie was good never the less, buh something are like over ehhh so fake come on now. But i'll still watch.
as a person that has read the comics, i only find the movie moderately good...maybe i m expecting too much hope the 2nd one will be better
you can sort of know what's going to happen next on DTG; but the fight action is just awesome. I have some caucasian friends that doesn't understand Cantonese watching it and loving it. Can't wait for DTG 2 ...

Can't wait for the 2nd one. The action & fighting was great in the 1st one however like most of these movies the fighting is eyecandy, it is at most believable.
