A driving student lost her licence three hours after passing her test after going for a drink with her instructor to celebrate. Police in the Bulgarian capital Sofia pulled over Kristina Andreeva, 23, for erratic driving and a breath test found both she and instructor Ivan Filin, 48, were three times over the limit. Andreeva said: "I had promised to buy him a drink if I got my licence and we went to a cafe, had a couple of wines and then offered to drive him home. I was so happy I just didn't think about the drink drive rules." Police said they had also stripped Filin of his driving licence and his business licence as a driving instructor for encouraging drink-driving. ananova.com
aww man thats so unlucky to be straight after her test as well, but mind you does the instructor not have any other students to teach? plus is it not a bit weird being kinda close with your instructor??
well usually the test they could have met up i guess but the teacher losts his license for teaching which is pretty ......cruel i guess
yeh though but drinking with your driving instructor -what? i mean yeh i had a few laughs with my instructor on my lessons and stuff and hugged it out when i passed but going for drinks to celebrate i find that a little weird i guess maybe thats just me.. but him losing his license i think thats kinda right though i mean comeon 3x over the limit

3x over the limit is a lot becuase a pint is under so im guesing 2-3 pints is 1x over so to be 3x over they must've drank A LOT
