Ok, my dad recently brought a 3" DVD Player in dash for his car. While driving he says he gets a blue screen only sound which most people know it should say vehicle in motion since its a bit illegal to drive while watching movies and stuff.. lol is there a way to bypass it? pictures would be great. the brand and model number is a Pyle PLD3MU edit: my dad didn't wire the Brake Detection wire yet also.. which is Gray in this case. he can't even play his movies when his car isn't even on besides the power as in engine not turned on.
to bypass the brake sensor u would have to ground out the wire. there are systems where u can just tap it to any ground and it will stay grounded. on some other ones a way to go around that is to hook it up to a toggle switch where the brake wire goes to it and another ground goes to it. then u would have to switch back and forth until the screen comes on. if u haven't hooked up the brake wire i don't think u'll b able to get video yet.
