Earthquake in Taiwan

I hope this is not as serious as the tsunami event. 7.1 is a little high for a small island, no?

heard bout it.. is it really bad? which part of Taiwan was hit?

 

the earthquake in taiwan was real bad.
there were i think 51 injuries and 2 deaths? =(
not very sure about that though.
that was sucha bad news.
internet connections of neighbouring countries was affected right?
and it made my speed go really slooooow

 

news reported the quake hit offshore from the southern town of Hengchun and was felt throughout Taiwan. hope no earthquake earlier next year as i'm planning for holiday to Taiwan

 

i heard that from the earthquake that people around the area, some ever pretty far away that their internet and that kinda stuff doesn't work.

 

Wow that must suck, first the tsunami and now this?

 

I tried accessing the servers in hk and tw from internet across the pacific, and it was so slow nothing came up for more than 5 minutes. but good thing, it's mostly back to normal now.

 

i didn't know about the earthquake in taiwan. hope it's not that bad..
