Easiest instrument to play

I was wondering what the easiest instrument to play is! =) I was hoping to learn to play one by this summer. I am also music dumb as well. So gotta learn music first .. and then learn to play an instrument. Anyone got any ideas?

i used to play the piano and a guitar but as the years passed got more stuff to worry about like exams so stopped nw.

lol since in uni nw, all i worry bt is going out, boozin

i can play Happy Birthday on the piano and the guitar... =D but I would pick to learn the piano, because to me it sounds the tightest. and if you really like it, then it will be easy.

 

LOL haha... ya, that is probably the easiest instrument, and cymbals too, I guess, b/c it's almost like the triangle in a way - just banging/hitting things together.

But then again, that's not much real music.

If you're looking for something easy, try the piano - you can buy a starter keyboard for pretty cheap, and then buy one of those Beginner or Teach Yourself books and learn. I find that once you know how to read music and play the piano, learning any other instrument is also a piece of cake...

 

the alto sax is very easy to pick up.

I think pianos the easiest, I play the piano its very easy ^^

But the thing is you gotta buy a piano -^_^

 

it is easy, i was actually made to learn how to play -sweat ....... but i still prefer the triangle

i believe playing an instrument is connected to the heart, dont play an instrument because it is easy, or whatever. easy instrument can hard for other and vice versa, it depends on you. by theory, you already have an instrument on your head, you just want more opinion. why play the easiest instrument when you play the ones you like?

the easiest way out may not be as good as the one you truely desire.
