Monday February 5, 2007 Hong Kong Eason and Jan Entertain a Crowd, But Get "Played" By Children Yesterday, Eason Chan and Jan Lamb attended a promotional function at apm Shopping Center for the animated picture "Open Season," which the two did voice overs for. During the promotional event, for children and adults, the charming Jan Lamb and the amusing Eason Chan entertained the crowd by throwing one joke after another to the audience. During the promotional event, Eason and Jan spent time playing games with children. As parents, you would think these two men would be able to handle a couple of games with these children, but that was not so. During one of the games Eason jokingly called a boy "fei jai" (fat boy), but never would he guess that they boy would jokingly call him "fei jai" also. As for Jan, he talked to this girl who wouldn't talk back to him. He says it is hard because it's like being on stage and the audience has no response. He jokes that he is afriad the girl has to use the bathroom because his own daughter would want to use the bathroom at the most untimely moment. As for Chinese New Year, Jan says he feels hurt when it comes time to give out red envelopes because he has a lot of collegues at CRHK, he estimates he will use all of his income from 2006 to give out red envelopes. Eason on the other hand has time off for Chinese New Year. He says he does not have plans leave Hong Kong to go on vacation.
