well... sometimes you can't help to grab a whopper or a big mac... speakin of which... been a while since i had a whopper =X
eat salad but dont eat it with dressing if u dont want calories....but a salad without the dressing is not the same
lol wow shit, I never thought the Big Mac was healthier than the Whooper =P but its better to have it like Once a month and hte rest is healthy and 住家飯 =P , too much Salt, Fat, calories and MSG everywhere
^ same here, ever since i started working at the gym i have severly cut down on fast food, only if i need a quick lunch other than that i try to cook at home
i don't usually go out to eat at fast food restaurants tbh. just go occasionally when like out but other than that i don't go. i haven't been to one for ages.
i havnt seen the video yet. but from the responses, yea there has been a few studies that the whopper stacks up like crazy on the calories menu. imo in the end you are allowed to eat a whopper or two, but then balance it out with some exercise and eat properly for the rest of the week. (by properly i dont mean dont eat, just eat enough, like 7or8/10 full, vege's fruit, red, white meat at controlled propertions.)
i quite like whoppers but i haven't had one for like ages. they are rather expensive then again. lol.
