Hi, Has anyone tried drinking alcohol and eating cheese? If you have whats your favourite combination (which cheese with which alcohol?)

If you havent tried it, maybe you can consider?

I have tried white stilton with vodka, really good as it made my face less red

Coz ive seen that in fancy restaurants and in films where people drink wine with cheese

or or or alcohol and party snacks like cheese and mini sandwiches and sausage rolls that type of stuff...?!

Then yeshhh guess ive seen it before but not tried it though

I've had wine and cheese before, white wine with any type of hard cheese goes well, red wine not so much.

It may sound posh, but its also a good way to avoid getting drunk, cheese slows the absorption of alcohol.

cheese and wine parties are quite commom in the uk, i prefer hard cheeses with white wine and soft cheeses with red, cnt really go wrong with that combination no matter wat brands. thou i prefer autralian/new zeland red and french whites.
